The Guineas Christmas Market

There was a great air of busyness as Newmarket folk went about their Christmas shopping at The Guineas Christmas Market. It was good to see all those people I know and great to meet new people and share my art work. It is such a compliment for an artist when people buy their art and espcially when they share their connection to the particular piece.

One couple bought a print of the Winners of the Palace House Stakes because they were married in Palace House and had a horse that ran in the race. A good time was had by all..but many visitors wanted to come back on Sunday when unfortunately the market had gone. Perhaps needs a rethink on the organisers side!
