    Willie Snaith MBE and Newmarket Treasure, came to visit me and my paintings in the Weighing room. He enjoyed finding the racing colours of winners he had worn, including our Queen's purple, red and gold and the Queen Mother's light blue and buff. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the wealth of racing anecdotes and showing him my works. A lovely visit, thanks Willie.

    Swiftly moving on....After months in the planning the Art 4 All project is due to begin on Monday. This is an exciting new venture for the National Horseracing, Newmarket Open Door, the intended recipients and myself. I am really looking forward to doing some art with people and paint for the next six weeks.     The past few days have been a hectic preparation for the RAF Mildenhall Mayfair Bazaar. The car is loaded and my sandwiches packed in hopeful anticipation of an exciting weekend painting and telling the story of my art project, selling my wares and meeting lots of interesting people from all over the world. It promises to be a good event with many stalls and lots of entertainment, including a static aircraft display of the planes used at Mildenhall and Lakenheath. I will
