    Community Kite in The Guineas

    Community Kite in The Guineas

Surprising how popular lying on the floor painting a community kite in The Guineas Shopping Centre Newmarket can be! Loads of children and paint all day. Look forward to seeing them in the Carnival crowd on th 8th July.

Palace House Mews, Newmarket - Drop in Kite Workshops 30th & 31st May

Fabulous two day drop in sessions at Palace House Mews. Children, teenagers and adults designing and making mini kites, painting tails for large kites and contributing to a community kite. Great fun had by all.

    8/1 Favourite

My contribution to Newmarket Kite Symphony Creative Kites, '8/1 Favourite', a BIG, Bright and Bold circular creation carrying 8 entries into a horse race on a circular track with the finishing post in the centre. Tracks more to paint in a short time...
    Kites aloft and learning quickly

    Kites aloft and learning quickly

Some participants were complete naturals when it came to kite flying and others had to try harder. All thought It is a very exhilirating and conversley a relaxing pastime.
