Guineas Festival 2013

Looking forward to The Guineas Festival on the 4th & 5th May, where I will be sharing my visual archive of the Palace House Stakes and promoting sales of a card of the same, produced to support fundraising for the Palace House conversion. Please purchase it from the Museum Shop at Newmarket Racecourse and give your support. I will also be painting my latest 'Going for the Guineas' which is a selection made from the entries in this years 1000 and 2000 Guineas.

Massive attendance at the Guineas Festival this year despite the dismal weather. Ladies still brave enough to come out with very little on. I was safely based in the Museum Shop where I was painting and talking to visitors about my work and the Palace House Development. Clare Balding came and did a book signing in her busy schedule and on the Sunday, we had the pleasure of Willie Snaith MBE telling his anecdotes from his racing career.
